1. Directory Scope & Limits
CampusAgent provides a public, student-focused marketplace and agent verification directory:
- We do not process rental transactions, deposit fees, or product payments.
- We act strictly as a listings broker. All agreements are finalized directly in person between users.
- We are not legally responsible for listing quality, rental agreement defaults, or trade disputes.
2. Acceptable Listing Policies
By posting hostel accommodations or marketplace products, you agree to:
- Upload accurate pricing records and real pictures representing the item.
- Never publish illegal, offensive, or high-risk content (no medical items, academic cheating aid, etc.).
- Dismount or archive listings once sold or occupied.
3. Verification & Account Ban Clauses
Campus admins reserve the right to flag listings, remove credentials, or ban user accounts permanently if:
- An agent fails to verify their address, or utilizes falsified government certificates.
- A user acts as a fake middleman requesting deposit bookings ahead of physical visitation.
- A seller lists items with pricing tricks or defaults on scheduling.
